Weddings in Kildare
Kildare has a remarkable concentration of grand venues, from Carton House in Maynooth to the K Club at Straffan. The county’s parkland, rivers and canals give you plenty of options for portraits.
Getting to Kildare from Athlone is quick along the M6 and M4. For estate weddings, I’ll look at the grounds beforehand and plan where the light will be best at each stage of the day.
Getting there: Naas is about an hour and 15 minutes from Athlone. There are no travel charges within Ireland.
