On-site photography
A complete studio, set up in your office
I bring professional lighting, backdrops and everything else needed to create a proper studio at your premises. All you need to provide is a reasonably quiet space, often a meeting room.
Setup takes a short while, then I work through your team one at a time. Each person is usually with me for just a few minutes, and nobody has to take a half day off to travel to a studio.

For larger organisations the real challenge isn’t the first session, it’s keeping everything consistent afterwards. People join, people move offices, and before long the team page is a patchwork again.
I keep a record of the lighting, background, crop and editing used for your company, so new starters photographed months later match everyone else. Sessions can be arranged at several locations, or repeated a few times a year as your team grows.

FAQs
Corporate headshot questions
How many people can you photograph in a day?
It depends on how the day is scheduled and whether group or workplace photographs are included as well. Large teams are very manageable with a good timetable, and I'll suggest one when I quote.
Is there a maximum team size?
No. I photograph small management teams and much larger workforces. Bigger groups can be spread over several days or locations.
Do you travel to Dublin and other cities?
Yes. I provide corporate headshots throughout Ireland, including Dublin, Galway, Limerick and Cork.
How much space do you need?
Not much. A meeting room is usually ideal. If space is tight, let me know and I'll suggest the best setup.
What should people wear?
Whatever they'd normally wear to meet a client. Plain, solid colours tend to work best. I'll send a short guide you can share with your team.
Can new staff be photographed later in the same style?
Yes. I record the setup used for your company so new starters can be photographed to match.
Do people get to choose their photograph?
Yes. Depending on the package, people can choose their favourite from a selection before it's retouched.
