Cavan’s lakes and woodland make beautiful, peaceful backdrops. Estates such as Farnham and Cabra Castle have grounds that are perfect for relaxed portraits.
Cavan is an easy drive from Athlone through Longford, so I’ll be with you early for the morning preparations.
Getting there: Cavan town is about an hour and a half from Athlone. There are no travel charges within Ireland.
