More than a passport-style headshot
Leadership photographs get used in more places than staff headshots: media coverage, conference programmes, investor material, award entries and the “About us” page. They need to be clean and consistent, but they often benefit from a little more variety.
For executive sessions I usually combine a classic studio headshot with a few more relaxed portraits in your own surroundings, such as the boardroom, reception or a bright corner of the office. That gives your communications team options without needing a second shoot.
