Corporate Event Photography
Product launches, staff days, awards nights, anniversaries and company celebrations, photographed discreetly and delivered ready to use.
Images your marketing team can actually use
Corporate event photographs have a job to do after the event. They end up on your website, LinkedIn, newsletters, annual reports, award entries and internal communications, so they need to show your people and your brand at their best.
I plan the coverage around what you’ll use the photographs for. That might mean making sure every sponsor is photographed, getting clean shots of your branding and signage, or capturing the CEO’s speech from an angle that works for a press release.
On the day I work quietly in the background, so guests can relax and enjoy the event.
Typical corporate event coverage
-
Speeches & presentations
Speakers, presenters and the audience reaction, photographed without flash interrupting the room.
-
Networking & guests
Natural photographs of people meeting, talking and enjoying the event.
-
Branding & venue
Signage, stands, table settings and the room itself, before and during the event.
-
Awards & presentations
Winners, presenters and cheque handovers, plus posed photographs for press use.
-
VIPs & sponsors
A shot list for the people and partners who must be photographed.
-
Team & group photographs
Organised quickly, so nobody is kept from the event for long.
Planning the Christmas party or a company celebration?
Christmas parties and company celebrations are a great chance to get photographs of the whole team together. I can set up a quick group photograph or a simple photo area early in the evening, then capture the rest of the night as it happens.
If you also need updated staff headshots, it’s often possible to combine both on the same day.
