From Galway city to Connemara, I photograph weddings right across the county. It's an hour from my base in Athlone, so I can be with you from the very start of the day.
Weddings in Galway
Galway is a short drive west from Athlone, and it’s one of the most popular counties in Ireland for weddings. Its venues range from city hotels to country houses and castles, with the coast and Connemara close by.
Few counties offer as much variety. You can have the buzz of the city and the Spanish Arch, the Atlantic coast at Salthill, or the mountains and lakes of Connemara. I’ll help you work out what’s realistic to fit into the day, so your portraits feel relaxed rather than rushed.
Getting there: Galway city is about an hour from Athlone on the M6. There are no travel charges within Ireland.

Yes. I'm based in Athlone and photograph weddings throughout Ireland. Galway city is about an hour from Athlone on the M6. There are no travel charges within Ireland, and accommodation may be added where an overnight stay is needed.
