Built for the person organising it

If you’ve been asked to sort out headshots for the whole company, the photography is the easy part. The hard part is getting everyone in front of the camera without disrupting the day.

I’ll send you a simple booking timetable to share with staff, a short guide on what to wear, and suggestions for the best room to use. On the day, people come down in their slot, spend a few minutes with me and go back to work.

Afterwards, you get the images organised by name, in the sizes you need, along with a plan for photographing new starters in the same style.

    I send a slot timetable you can share with staff or put in a shared calendar.

  2. Set-up

    I arrive early, set up the studio and test the lighting before the first person arrives.

  3. Photography

    Each person spends a few minutes with me, with simple, friendly direction.

    Edited headshots delivered by name, sized for your website, intranet and LinkedIn.

Staff headshot questions

How long does each person take?

Usually just a few minutes. People who would like a little longer can be given a longer slot.

What if some staff are working remotely?

We can arrange a catch-up session at your office, or at another location, using the same setup so everyone still matches.

Can staff choose their own photograph?

Yes. Depending on the package, each person can choose from a small selection before retouching.
