Conference & Seminar Photography

Clear, well-composed photographs of your speakers, panels, delegates and sponsors, from a photographer who knows how a conference runs.

Covering a conference properly

Conferences move quickly. Sessions run in parallel, speakers change every twenty minutes and the most useful photographs often happen in the coffee break. I work from your programme so I’m in the right room at the right time.

I photograph speakers from angles that suit both press use and your own marketing, and I keep the noise and movement to a minimum while sessions are running.

If you need images on the day for social media or a press release, I can select and edit a small set during the event.

What I photograph at conferences

  • Keynotes & speakers

Every speaker photographed clearly, with a mix of close-up and wider shots showing the stage and screens.

  • Panels & workshops

Panel discussions, breakout sessions and audience questions.

  • Delegates & networking

Registration, coffee breaks and the conversations that make a conference worthwhile.

  • Exhibitors & sponsors

Stands and sponsor branding, so you have images to send to partners afterwards.

  • Group photographs

Speaker groups, organising committees and full delegate photographs.

  • Speaker headshots

A simple headshot setup on site can give every speaker a professional portrait.

Conference photography questions

Can you cover a multi-day conference?

Yes. Let me know the programme and I'll quote for the days and sessions you need covered.

Can you provide photographs during the event?

Yes, if agreed in advance I can send a small selection of edited images on the day for social media or press use.

Will the camera disturb the speakers?

I use quiet shooting modes and avoid flash during sessions wherever the light allows.

Planning a conference?

Send me the dates, venue and a rough programme, and I'll come back to you with a quote.
