Why Do I Ask For A Deposit?
Before I started asking for deposits from clients, sometimes people didn’t show up or even call to say they would not be able to make it. As much as I love photography and photographing all my clients’ memories, I must also keep in mind that this is also a business which pays my bills.
So, to tackle the issue I decide that deposits would be needed to secure a date and time. If a client doesn’t show up for their photo shoot, I would at least be partly paid for that time.
Is Your Deposit Refundable?
Yes, but only if you contact me at least 48 hours before your booking date and time. This gives me a chance to find another client to fill that timeslot.
What If You Want To Reschedule Your Booking?
No problem! But please let me know at least 48 hours before your booking time. Your deposit will be used towards your new booking date and time.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, but I manage to fill your time slot with another client, I will refund your deposit, or reschedule a new time that suits you better.
